For all appointments under 30 minutes there will be no cancellation fee.
Appointments over 30 minutes will incur a $50 cancellation fee unless the appointment is cancelled giving 24 hours notice.
Outstanding cancellation fees will be payable at your next appointment. You may not be able to book using the online booking platform until all cancellation fees have been paid.
