Main parking is accessible at the front entrance of the Grange Medical Complex, located beside the Private Hospital at 82 Lake Road. There is additional parking available via the rear entrance to the Grange Medical Complex via 9 Parker Street.
There is a bus stop on Lake Road, directly in front of the Private Hospital. We are located in the Grange Medical Complex, only a short 100m walk across the front carpark.
Medicare and DVA card holders will be bulk billed for all eligible consultations, treatments and services.
A private fee will apply if a consultation, treatment or service is not eligible for Medicare or DVA bulk billing. Where a private fee is applicable it will be billed at the AMA recommended rate and will be discussed with you as soon as known and prior to the consultation, treatment or service.

Test Results
You will need to book a follow up appointment to receive your test results, unless your doctor or nurse advises otherwise. For this follow up appointment, please book a ‘Standard Appointment’.

No, as work-related injuries cannot be bulk billed through Medicare.
Depending on the status of your claim, we may be able to send the invoice direct to the insurer.
In instances where we cannot invoice the insurer, you will be required to pay for the services provided at the time of the appointment. An invoice and receipt will be provided for you to claim reimbursement from the insurer.
